I'm on a relatively new Macbook Pro, running OS X El Capitan.I put the zipped folder into the resource packs section via the directory, and it never shows up as an available texture pack. I've attempted to follow multiple tutorials, including the Instillation help thread and other videos. I have no idea what is wrong as, previously, I played the Monster pack (at MC 1.6.4) with x128 Sphax and had no issues what-so-ever.I have been unable to get the Sphax PureBD texture pack to appear in the Available Resource Packs section under Resource Packs for FTB Infinity. I also tried the x128 Direwolf20 Sphax pack, and the blocks were all black and I still had massive lag. I tried the 圆4 pack and the blocks rendered, but there was still massive lag. RAM should not be the problem as I have 32GB available (20GB allocated to FTB upon launch). However, when I loaded a world with Sphax activated, all the blocks are black and I have massive lag. I added the folders from the "assets" folder of the infinity pack to the "assets" folder in the vanilla pack, before putting the vanilla pack (.zip file) in the "resource packs" folder in my FTB directory. I downloaded the vanilla Sphax (here: ) and the Infinity Sphax (here ) both for MC 1.7.10 at x128 resolution. However, I want to play it with the Sphax texture pack installed. The infinity pack is new to me, and I am curious to see what its like. I haven't played MC in a few months time, and have come back to see what's new.
